Order Process 

We package orders Monday-Friday in the order they were placed.

Preorders have a different processing period per item, and will be shipped as soon as they are ready. 

Return and Exchange Policy

We do accept returns or exchanges of unworn jewelry! Please contact us with your order number and why you would like to make a return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of jewelry that has been worn.

If you received jewelry that is damaged or your package has been lost please contact us for a replacement.

USPS First Class: 5-7 business days 

USPS Priority: 2-3 business days
